Kost Studio
Asmus is a Danish food historian with great expertise in communication and food systems. He leads the cultural department at Kost Studio and has diverse experience in communication, including being a TV host, author, and speaker on numerous topics around food history, food culture, and gastronomy. He holds a Master's degree in History from Copenhagen University, where he wrote his thesis on the Danish cooperative movement of dairy production. Asmus’ knowledge of food history has enabled several food ingredients to bypass the European novel food label.
